Leadership doesn’t happen overnight, there is no one-size-fits-all all, no magic formula – the journey we take is different for everyone, but it must be taken. Whether you still code or don’t (your choice), you are in this role to lead people to deliver a thing of value. That thing can be a product, a platform, a solution, take your pick.

I like to write stuff – whether its code or words.

I’ve worked with many teams and software leaders, whether it be Managers, Team, or Tech Leads, to help them develop their own leadership style in leading their teams, solidify their approach to delivering software, scale-out their teams, and breathe.

There are no shortcuts (that’s the good news).
